Position Description:

Position Key Criteria/Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the US, age 18+
  • Willingness and ability to learn on the job
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Valid MA driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs as needed
  • Ability to lift & carry up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math & measuring skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexible availability (nights/weekends, occasional travel)
  • Ability to begin work at 6:00 a.m. daily
  • Ability to quickly switch tasks when needed
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Communication skills & professional demeanor
  • Experience working on a ladder/at various heights
  • Reliable, punctual & responsible
